Average sales prices fell below prior month in Davidson, Williamson and Sumner. When compared to May 2017, Rutherford, Maury, and Robertson still show double digit price increases, while the remaining counties range from 4.3% to 0.5% increase in average sale price....

April YTD average sales prices continue an upward climb compared to same time in 2017. The highest increase was in Robertson with 14.4% and Wilson was the lowest at 4.0% compared to April 2017. The Median Price was up in all counties except Maury with a 1.6% decrease....
