East Nashville
Found on the north side of the Cumberland River as it winds its way through the center of Nashville is the hip and eclectic community known as East Nashville. Recently described by Budget Travel Magazine as “Nashville’s version of New York’s East Village,” this thriving community has become a mecca for the artistic community.
The Pharmacy gourmet burger, brats and beer, Holland House’s farm fresh fare, Mas Tacos Por Favor (featured on The Food Network’s Diner, Drive-ins and Dives) and the vintage mid-century, industrial-chic No. 308 are just some of the local eateries that people all over Nashville love to visit.
With a laid-back vibe, residents enjoy the convenience of city life while still maintaining a sense of neighborhood where people know each other by name.
