Sales prices in all counties-except Robertson-increased in March over Feb. 2017. All counties had double digit increases on a YTD basis over the same time frame last year with the exception of Williamson with an 8.5% increase in sales price.
Unit Sales in March 2017 vs. March 2016 increased in 6 counties, with only Williamson reporting fewer closings this year over last. Maury has an increase of 25.0%, while Davidson had the lowest increase at 2.2% over last year.
All counties reported less Inventory than was recorded last month, although it was just slightly lower…but the continued increase in closings is outpacing new listings coming on the market. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not in this calculation.
New Home Sales compared to Existing Home Sales rose slightly in all counties exception Williamson, but is still showing 35.5% of total sales were New Home Sales.
