April YTD average sales prices continue an upward climb compared to same time in 2017. The highest increase was in Robertson with 14.4% and Wilson was the lowest at 4.0% compared to April 2017. The Median Price was up in all counties except Maury with a 1.6% decrease.
Closed SFH sales in April 2018 indicates fewer homes sold in Williamson, Sumner and Wilson compared to the same time frame LY.
The market continues to move at a rapid pace and Months of Supply has no appreciable difference from previous months. Most counties showed a flat to slight improvement over last months levels.
New Home Sales ranged 13.6% to 33.1% of total homes sold during the past 12 months. Combined counties was 27.0% of total sold.
