June 2018 Real Estate Market Reports for Greater Nashville Area

Average sales prices in June 2018 in all counties remained higher than June of 2017. YTD Sales Prices compared to the same time frame in 2017 continue to outpace last year, with Maury and Robertson showing the highest pecent of increases at 12.5% and 16.8% respectively.

Closed SFH sales in June 2018 showed declines below last year in both Sumner and Wilson Counties, and YTD shows declines in unit sales compared to same time last year in Sumner, Wilson, & Maury.

Sales continue to absorb new inventory as quickly as it comes onto market. Months of Supply heading into July showed little change from last month.
New Home Sales ranged 13.5% to 32.5% of total homes sold during the past 12 months. Williamson is highest at 32.5%, and Robertson is lowest at 13.5%
