The average sales price in March 2018 fell below Feb 2018 in Williamson, Maury, & Robertson. However all counties had double digit increases in sale price vs Mar 2017, ranging from 10.4% to 27.9%.
Closed SFH sales in Mar 2018 vs Mar 2017 fell in Sumner & Maury by -6.6% and -14.8% respectively.The rest increased unit sales in ranges of 0.2% to 5.4% in March this year compared to March last year.
The market continues to move at a rapid pace and Months of Supply has no appreciable difference from previous months. The sales are keeping pace with any inventory coming on the market.
New Home Sales ranged 13.0% to 33.5% of total homes sold during the past 12 months. Combined counties was 27.2% of total sold.
