June 2017 Market Reports

All counties increased Sales Prices in June 2017 over June 2016. Wilson County had the highest at 19.6% and Robertson the lowest at 3.4%. Three counties still have double digit increases in prices over June 2016. Median Sale Prices in June 2017 shows four counties with double digit increases compared to June 2016.

Unit Sales in June 2017 compared to June 2016 increased only in Sumner, Wilson, and Robertson. Davidson had the highest decline with -9.5% followed by Williamson, Rutherford and Maury.
All counties, except Wilson, have some improvements in the Months of Supply. Williamson showed the best improvement with 3 months of supply. Other counties increased slightly. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not considered in the above.

New Home Sales continue to show a growing percentage of total single family home sales in all counties. Williamson is highest at 35.5%, with Robertson the lowest at 11.7%.
